The site was purchased from a private vendor and Planning permission was obtained for a mixed use scheme totalling approximately 8,500 sq ft.

The Scheme provides local facilities for the 650 new houses which were constructed by Jelson Homes and Wimpey homes, plus the existing residential estate adjacent.

Following Completion of the scheme, the building was leased to Costcutter Convenience Stores, now Premier and local Takeaway and Hairdresser operators, with 5 apartments on the first floor.

This property was later sold to a mixture of Investors and Owner Occupiers.

This was a former Esso Petrol Filling Station, which was developed in conjunction with the private owner of the site.

Saxondale obtained Planning permission and Developed the site to provide 3 Retail units, totalling 3,870 sq ft (359.5 sqm), with 13 parking spaces, which were Let to Scarsdale Vets (now part of Independent Vet Care Group), Indigo Sun tanning salons and Papa John's pizza.

The Investment was sold to a Private Investor

The site was purchased from McDonalds Restaurants Ltd, who occupy the adjacent site.

It is situated immediately to the North of Bulwell, Nottingham and forms part of a larger Retail Development which incorporates The Springfield Retail Park and Morrisons.

Saxondale obtained Planning Permission for a scheme of 9,000 sq ft of accommodation and the 3 units were let to Vets 4 Pets, Formula 1 Autocentres and City Electrical Factors (CEF).

Upon Completion the scheme was sold to Private Irish investors.

This is a Development which was carried out in partnership with Westleigh Developments Ltd of Leicester.

It comprises of a 31,000 sq ft Trade Park Scheme divided into 9 units at the entrance to the Telford Way Industrial Estate, fronting the A4500 connecting Kettering with the A14.

Following completion of the Scheme, the units were let to In n Out, Vets 4 Pets, Toolstation, Johnsons Paint, GSF Autoparts, Edmondson Electrical and local Bathroom and Kitchen retailers.

The majority of the Development has been sold onto a number of Local and National investors.

Saxondale Purchased this former Petrol Filling Station from Esso Petroleum and carried out a programme of decontamination works prior to commencing Construction.

Planning permission was obtained and a scheme was constructed to provide 3 units totalling 12,200 sq ft (1133 sqm) which were leased to Nationwide Autocentres (now Halfords), GSF Autoparts and Toolstation (part of Travis Perkins).The scheme was pre sold to an Irish investor.

This is a two unit Trade warehouse scheme extending to 6,600 sq ft and forms part of a larger development which includes Formula 1 Autocentres.

The units were leased to Autoglass and GSF Autoparts for a term of 15 Years.

The Completed development was sold to a private Investor.

The site is a former Police Station which was acquired from the Police Authority.

The existing two storey building was refurbished and extended at the front to provide a bespoke Veterinary practice which was Leased to Vets 4 Pets for a term of 15 years.

Following Completion of the development, the Investment was sold to a private Investor.

This is a former petrol filling Station which Saxondale purchased from Total Fina.

Saxondale, in conjunction with a team of local Medical Practitioners obtained Planning permission for and constructed a Four Partner Medical Centre serving 6.500 patients.

The two storey building comprises of 7,800 sq ft (725 sqm) and incorporates a Pharmacy.

The Medical Centre was leased to the Nottingham Primary Care Trust for a term of 21 Years.

The Completed Building was sold as an investment to a specialist Medical investment Company from the south of England.

The development comprises a 6 storey 33,500 sq ft hotel which incorporates 112 bedrooms and a fully fitted Restaurant and Bar.

The building has been leased to Premier Inn Hotels Ltd, part of Whitbread Plc for a term of 25 years.

Saxondale acquired the site from Charnwood Borough Council, from whom they obtained Planning permission for the scheme.

The Investment sale to a Charitable Trust was concluded in advance of the Completion of the Development.

This former agricultural site was purchased from the adjacent farmer.

A Convenience store of 3,000 sq ft with 22 parking spaces was constructed for the Cooperative Food Group Ltd, who took a 20 Year Lease, with a Tenant break after 15 Years.

The Completed Investment was sold to a private investor.
